About this programme

Comparative legal science with the Sino–Latin American axis at its core, built on the Roman-law tradition as a vertebral column. Rigorous doctrine for a multipolar legal world.

Sino-Latin American Comparative Law — Higher Specialization forms part of this school's pathway. It is taught in ES and referenced to the European Qualifications Framework. Its workload — 300 hours, approximately 12.0 ECTS — follows the European convention of 25 hours per credit, covering guided instruction, independent study and assessment.

Certification

On completion you receive a Paraninfo micro-credential referenced to the EQF, in the sense of the European Council Recommendation of 16 June 2022 (2022/C 243/02). It is a professional qualification, not an academic degree.
