About this programme
Sommellerie, professional cooking, housekeeping and tourism — taught for a sector where English is the working language and excellence is measured at the table and the front desk.
Professional Sommelier Programme forms part of this school's pathway. It is taught in EN and referenced to the European Qualifications Framework. Its workload — 200 hours, approximately 8.0 ECTS — follows the European convention of 25 hours per credit, covering guided instruction, independent study and assessment.
Certification
On completion you receive a Paraninfo micro-credential referenced to the EQF, in the sense of the European Council Recommendation of 16 June 2022 (2022/C 243/02). It is a professional qualification, not an academic degree.
